Shipping Policy
Our shipping options include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL carriers, with selection based on the best price for package size, weight, and destination.
For stock item orders received by 12:00pm PST, we aim to ship them on the same business day.
Orders made after 12:00pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. While next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed for online orders made after 12:00pm PST, please contact our customer service team for expedited delivery options.
Custom items requiring assembly may undergo up to one week for processing and an additional week for shipping. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us for estimated lead times on your selected items.
Free Standard Shipping over $199
Customers with shipping addresses within the contiguous 48 United States qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping when they meet program criteria. Orders must have subtotals of $199 USD or more of list (web) priced items. Custom-priced, bulk-priced, or excluded items do not qualify for free standard ground shipping. Free shipping is applicable to standard ground shipping (small package and LTL) when Boxer Tools selects the carrier. Expedited shipping, PO Boxes, and product exclusions are not included.
International Shipping
To ship items to destinations outside the United States and its territories, please reach out to our sales specialists for a quote at 800-985-1077 or via email. Customers placing orders for delivery to Canada will be accountable for taxes and duties.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, expect to receive a confirmation email, followed by another containing tracking details once your shipment departs our warehouse. Should you not receive an email or call from our team within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at 800-985-1077. To monitor the status of standard, priority, and expedited shipments, utilize the UPS or FedEx package tracking website. Please note that UPS and FedEx guaranteed ship dates are ensured by UPS and FedEx, not Boxer Tools. However, we will endeavor to support you in tracking your package post-shipment from our facility.
