Can I place my order from the phone? 

Yes, our offices are opened from Monday to Friday at 8:30 am to 5 pm. Call us during business hours to place an order with a sales expert at 562-946-6568.

Can I cancel or change my order? 

Once your order is placed, we do our best to fulfill your order the same day. If your shipping label has been printed, your order cannot be altered. Otherwise, please call us ASAP to adjust your order. 

Can I order or ship products outside of the United States?

Currently, we only ship to domestic United States, and a few Canadian provinces via our website. For all other countries, you will be responsible for custom charges and taxes. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 All major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.

I'm interested in bulk ordering for resale and distribution.

For wholesale purchases, attach your resale certificate and/or any other tax exempt forms, along with a completed New Accounts Application and send it in to hello@boxertool.com.

Are your products domestic or import?

We have both domestic and import. Hardware parts are imported from our overseas partners. Custom Tie-Downs are assembled in-house in Santa Fe Springs, California. 

Do you offer coupons, coupon codes, or free shipping

Yes, sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on when our promotions go live! We have monthly promotions, starting with the first email you get!
